Pancetta Pizza Bar

Recently visited Pancetta Pizza Bar in Cocoa Beach! Food was delicious and nicely portioned. Began with the meatball salad. The meatball was tender and moist and had just the right amount of acidity in the sauce balanced by the creaminess of the ricotta cheese dollop. The salad was crisp and cut through the richness of the meatball. The carne wood fired pizza was the favorite. The undercarriage was perfectly crispy and the toppings left me craving each consecutive bite. We had two Hero’s – meatball, sausage, ricotta and steak & cheese. Both were good, but we thought the meatball, sausage, ricotta stood out. Overall, great simple Italian bar food with many other Italian staples on the menu to try next time. Dessert was sold out, but was expected during soft opening. Can’t wait to try next time!

After much anticipation for this place to open, I was thoroughly impressed upon my first visit. The interior has a very chic & modern setup. All the food is made from scratch w/ the highest quality ingredients. I mean, I have never had any Italian food as good as this. It’s a swanky little spot anyone in the area should check out! It is no doubt the most authentic Italian restaurant in Cocoa Beach! Sooo freaking delicious!!!!! I just can’t!

Atmosphere along with the open floor plan makes for a beautiful restaurant. NY style pizza is the closest I’ve had to a real NY since living in Florida. Can’t go wrong with the fluffy pull apart dough in their Detroit style pizza either. Eggplant stack appetizer is delicious. Will be returning.

Coming from an Italian family in NJ and moving down to FL, It has taken me years to finally find good Italian food and pizza in central Florida. Its very hard to find a place that cooks with homemade sauce, mozzarella, and burrata if you don’t live in NJ/NYC, they do it all here. I can finally say I have a place to grab pizza from thanks to Pancetta Pizza bar. Dave Portnoy would score them in the 8s+ easy. Well done!
